Gorgeously ripe and elegantly lifted, the bouquet shows white flesh peach, fig, poached pear and floral aromas, followed by a wonderfully focused palate delivering excellent concentration and length. It's refined and linear, while offering delectable flavours, making it highly enjoyable.

This is fabulously fruited and delicately lifted on the nose showing fresh pear, lemon peel and jasmine aromas, leading to a concentrated palate that is finely textured and tightly structured by bright acidity. Restrained, elegant and refined, delivering excellent fruit purity as well as textural mouthfeel.

"James Halliday Wine Companion - From two vineyards in Lenswood and Charleston. The salmon tinge to the hue points to the pressings being oxidised before fermentation in oak, 25% of the free-run juice was fermented in French hogsheads and barriques (15% new). No shortage of flavour (nashi pear and ginger) nor of texture. A pinot gris that fully deserves the gris name. 93 Points”
